Each fitness session consists of 45 min high intensity training. Sessions are specifically designed to help tennis players on court, and they focus on agility, speed, endurance and strength. Note: Sessions are always held outdoors and there is no use of gym equipment. Rather the focus relies on using your own body weight and the use of elastic bands for additional resistance.
